From the name alone you can probably guess that the Salt House likes to make their dishes with extra sodium. Yet, these dishes are incredibly tasty and that includes the poutine which is an absolute must-get. Fries slathered in short rib gravy and cheddar makes this perhaps the most popular dish at the Salt House. However, you'll also want to try their foie gras appetizer as it is presented beautifully and tastes as good as it looks.
