Featured on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations television show, Sebo is a Japanese Sushi restaurant that Bourdain absolutely showered with praise. Sebo is a dark, romantic gem of a restaurant. As you're seated, you're greeted with complimentary edamame straight to the table. Although it isn't cheap, with each nigiri piece starting at $5, it should be made clear that like Bourdain stated, this fish is flown directly from Japan. How many places can boast that fact? The hokkaido uni simply melts in your mouth and will likely be the best you've ever had. The spanish mackeral in the chirashi is absolutely to die for. Sebo is an absolute must-visit restaurant.
