The only thing that isn’t authentic about the cuisine at Yank Sing is the prices. This high-end eatery makes delicious cuisine that is almost indistinguishable from their counterparts in parts of China such as Hong Kong and Shanghai but at a venue that is definitely more upscale than the traditional dim sum place. Their Shanghai dumplings, Har Gau, and Xiao Long Baos are delicious. More exquisite items even include sea bass. Furthermore, the location of this restaurant is great with clean, bright, and even cozy interior. From traditional to fancy, if you want top level dim sum at a restaurant that values presentation and ambiance as much as they do the quality of their food, Yank Sing is the place to go.
