MoMa is a massive museum of contemporary art in the SOMA district of San Francisco. On your list of things to do in San Francisco, a trip to MoMa is an absolute must even if you’re not an art fan. It’s even better if you’re been to other some of the other MoMa in other cities as you’ll find that the one in SF is unique and filled with beautiful and thought provoking exhibits. There’s always a crowd waiting to see the SF MoMa’s Frida Kahlo exhibit but it is well worth it. Plus, the first Tuesday of every month means free admission to the museum which means there really is no reason not to check out this gem of a museum in SF.
