Though the place is not very spacious, onlookers can say it’s one of the busiest restaurants in the city, judging from what can be seen through its large plate glass windows. The In-house specialty of the pork ear in chili oil is a must eat. Also worth trying is the steamed fish heads in diced peppers or roasted shrimp in skewers. They also have stewed dishes like beef hotpot and abalone, lamb with cumin spice, smoked pork and preserved beans. It’s no wonder that many better-dressed locals and expatriates alike place their reservations instead of waiting in a long queue.
