A nightclub originally set up in London, M1NT was a private members club which used to earn great publicity due to its unique business model. Right now M1NT is a modern day members club with locations in Hong Kong and Shanghai. More than just a hip nightclub, M1NT also takes pride of its world-class restaurant and stylish lounge bar. The one in Shanghai is located at the 24th floor; its floor-to-ceiling windows will definitely give you an advantage in getting the jaw-dropping 360 degree view of the Bund, People's Square, Pudong, Nanjing Road, and Huaihai Road. Be thrilled and fascinated with more than 20 black and white, reef-tip sharks inside a 17-meter long tank on its entrance ways. The interior is generally a mixture of East and West culture; chic and cool. It also has a private room called The Vault or "Director's Box" which they say is the best spot in town to have a private party. City Weekend Awards 2009 gave M1NT Shanghai awards like Best New Club, Best Cocktails, Best Bartender, and Best Nightlife Bathroom. Both M1NT locations offer a relaxed yet sophisticated environment for its members and non-members alike. The restaurant and grill is open to everyone, everyday while the lounge is restricted to members only on Fridays and Saturdays. The M1NT club itself is strictly for members only.
