However, whatever fusion there is is carried out with panache and you won’t leave hungry for want of some decent chow. What you may need, though, is larger portions, some of which are on the skimpy size. You won’t find just the Mexican cuisine fused with hints of Asia. You’ll also get dishes from all over Latin America, or at least inspired by those cultures. Great dishes include the aforementioned fish tacos and a “casserola” featuring chorizo, chicken and prawns.
