Portions are generous at this restaurant which also features a great range of soups and broths to enhance things noodle wise. The spicy beef noodle soup is great. Served with straw mushrooms, and featuring beef tendon and braised beef, all of which makes certain that you won’t leave the restaurant without being stuffed. Thee beef noodle is standard fare in many of these venues, but it’s been brought to the next level here. The noodles are flat and thick, too, and are about as good as it gets for authentic Taiwanese noodles.
