Clara Kwong grew up in San Francisco and is a Principal at Merritt Dicconson Morris, a consulting company offering management level and finance services. She serves in the Controller/CFO capacity at VC funded technology companies, but also has experience in a dynamic range of industries. Her finance background includes foreign entities experience, merger and acquisition transactions, and was a former board member of a non-profit organization. Clara Kwong also volunteers as a literacy tutor for Project 90, an alcohol and drug recovery program and assist the visually impaired at the Vista Center with reading, writing and other day-to-day activities. Her passion is traveling, and she believes it is more important to live to eat, rather than eat to live.
